JND Australia was engaged to deliver the complete interior fit-out for Export Finance House, including the initial strip-out and demolition works, providing an end-to-end solution from early works through to final handover. The project encompassed demolition, base build integration, bespoke joinery, services coordination, and high-quality finishes, all executed within an occupied commercial environment.

JND Australia worked closely with the client and consultant team to ensure the space met functional, compliance, and aesthetic requirements, delivering a modern, efficient workplace aligned with Export Finance House’s operational needs and brand identity.

Central Park Mall Decking Remediation

The Central Park Mall Decking Remediation project involved the investigation, removal, and replacement of deteriorated external decking to restore safety, durability, and visual appeal within a high-traffic retail environment. The works included careful strip-out of existing materials, remediation of underlying substrates, waterproofing upgrades where required, and installation of new compliant decking systems.

All activities were staged to minimise disruption to tenants and patrons, ensuring the mall remained operational while delivering a long-term, robust solution aligned with asset lifecycle and maintenance requirements.

1 George St Boat Club

JND Australia delivered over 100 lineal metres of external construction hoarding at 1 George Street Boat Club, creating a secure and compliant perimeter for works in a high-profile waterfront location. Given the exposed outdoor conditions and wind loads, the hoarding system was engineered with a reinforced concrete base to provide long-term stability and structural integrity.

Our team managed all site coordination, access planning, and safety requirements to ensure minimal disruption to surrounding pedestrian and public areas. The project was completed on schedule, delivering a robust, visually clean perimeter solution that supported safe and efficient site operations from day one.
